What a beautiful campground. Very well maintained and the current camp host/manager was very friendly and he was always busy taking care of the grounds etc. He made it a point to talk to campers which made me feel very welcome as well as safe, knowing that he "knew" who was camping on the grounds. The restrooms were kept clean and well stocked. Very dog friendly and the day use parking transitions to addtional parking for campers at night. No loud parties in the evenings during our stay which was great. The beach was very clean and was never packed while we were there. I will definitely be returning.

This campground is awesome! Our site was overlooking the beach and was secluded. It was a windy, but totally worth it for the incredible view. We had to go through a tunnel of bushes and trees in order to even access it, and even though the adults had to duck through it, it meant that our site was a beautiful little secret spot. It was perfect for our tent and family of four. The grounds were cleaned and well maintained. The staff was present and visible, but kept a respectful distance. Everything was close and an easy walk, including the path down to the beach, water access and clean, accessible restrooms. The beach is amazing: flat, wide, and practically private - perfect for families with kids. The towns of Waldport (to the North) and Yachats (to the south) are both less than a ten-minute drive away for supplies, shops, and great restaurants. This campground is a true gem. We had a great trip and plan to go back.

Excellent campground directly adjacent to the beach. The terrain rises so that you can see the ocean from most of the campsites. Beautiful, wide beach that is reached by descending a short flight of stairs. We will definitely be back.
