Meadowlark Mobile Home & RV Park

Great location and accessibility to Newport and beach. Good resteraunts close and pickleball! Park nextdoor has vintage gristmill and a restored old school house. Farms stands and rural area in vicity. Staff is friendly,accommodating and unique!

We travel in a 43 ft Winnebago Tour. We are very happy with the general location and service of this park. With that said, if you book a site in the Electric only section of the park be advised that the spaces are very tight and the area is very rough. It is not unpleasant but it is very different from the pictures on the web site.

Great location just minutes from the coast and downtown. With many attractions near by. Classic windmill down the street with trails. FHU but no showers most be self contained. Very clean and mud free sites.

We stayed at Meadowlark in May 2024 for 5 days. Diane was a awesome person to deal with... Upon arrival we learned that somehow we lost our propane tank cover. 🤨 Only to have Diane tell us... "I think we have one of those laying around here that you can have." It was a perfect fit. Thanks Diane... and thanks to Joe who was there at our departure, and went on the hunt to find said cover as Diane was off that day.
We just stayed for a 2nd time in Sept 2024 for 8 days.
It's a great park if you're looking to be near several beaches for a coastal vacation.
If ever in RI again, this is our choice.

I can’t speak highly enough about Diane and Joe who run the show here. They’re both really friendly people who make sure everyone is taken care of.

The park is in a great location…close to the beaches, downtown Newport, and the Naval Station. The sites are pretty close together but we stayed here for several months and had no issues with neighbors. Most folks are full time but the front row has plenty of sites for weekend warriors and everyone is friendly. You can take your kids to the swing set and playground on site or take a short walk down the street to Paradise Park (no sidewalks so be careful!).
