Hartwell Cove Resort

This a new RV resort in Lake Hartwell in Anderson, SC. The site is located on the lake with access, a dock, and an adjacent boat ramp. Very well laid out and focused on building both a tiny home community and RV retreat on the lake shore.

The RV sites are level with FHU. Some concrete and some gravel. Landscaping is minimal but the clean appearance is expected due to the newly built property. Great water pressure. Pride in the property is obvious.

Guests can arrive by boat and access the restaurant as part of the resort. There are plans to expand a community area as well. Definitely a destination location and ready for those who want a great place to relax and enjoy what shore side recreation is all about. The bathhouse is upscale. Onsite laundry facilities are available and very reasonably priced.

The owners are very friendly and customer oriented, highly recommend this place!

The location on Lake Hartwell is absolutely beautiful—perfect for a peaceful escape or fun on the water. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing visit. We especially loved the easy access to the lake and nearby spots like Doc’s Lakeside Bar & Grill for great food and live music. The staff was friendly and the tiny home we stayed in was perfect. Highly recommend if you're looking for a lakefront getaway!

I recently stayed with a friend that owns a tiny home at Hartwell Cove Resort. The tiny home was beautifully designed and equipped to host family and friends! The view was beautiful and the docks offer room for tanning, swimming, and boating! In addition, they have an amazing bathhouse that offers a lot of privacy and most importantly hot water. Property is beautiful and staff is welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely recommend staying here or even purchase a tiny home from here and cannot wait to be back!

A true piece of paradise on Lake Hartwell – Perfect for Families!

We just returned from the most amazing stay at Hartwell Cove Resort, and I can’t recommend it enough! This place was absolutely beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. It truly felt like a perfect blend of relaxation and fun for the whole family.

The lakefront views are breathtaking—waking up to the sun rising over Lake Hartwell was pure magic. We stayed in one of their adorable Tiny Homes, which was not only charming and cozy but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Whether you’re staying in a Tiny Home, bringing your RV, or just visiting for the day, this resort has something for everyone.

The resort is beautifully maintained and offers direct access to the lake. We spent hours boating, fishing, and enjoying the water from the dock—such a peaceful and private setting. The kids loved it, and so did we! There’s a wonderful on-site restaurant, which was a huge bonus—delicious food with a view, without having to leave the resort. Sunsets there are amazing!

The atmosphere at Hartwell Cove is both welcoming and peaceful, with a perfect mix of nature and convenience. Whether you’re looking for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this resort is a fantastic choice for families, couples, or even solo travelers.

I have just purchased a gorgeous Tiny Home at Hartwell Cove Resort! The layout is perfect, and the construction, appliances, fixtures, etc. are all first-class. Our family is going to LOVE watching the amazing sunsets from the spacious deck. This Tiny Home and RV resort has a gorgeous bathhouse and laundry facility. The manager is professional and very knowledgeable. Lake Hartwell is a wonderful place for fishing, watersports, kayaking, etc. It's so much fun!
