EXCELLENT overnight stop! Clean and easy to get in and out of. Full hookups. We have a travel trailer and had a pull through site. We did have to unhook because the site was not quite level, which we were hoping not to, but it’s quick with our rig. We made on the road, last minute reservations. Communication was excellent. I wish they were all this easy!

Very large RV lots, probably one of the biggest RV lots I’ve experienced in many of the rv parks I’ve stayed at. No issues with utilities, WiFi works great. Not too far from I-85, about 5-7 minute drive from there. Downside, I could see where the gravel, being a fine grain could get messy on bad rainstorms. It would be nice to see additions someday like a huge dog park, laundry facilities, etc. But I still give this location a 5 star. I would stay here again for sure.

Update Nov 2025: we came back and stayed again. Again a 5 star stay! Thanks and we will be back when working in the area.
Great RV park! Employees are super friendly and accommodating. The sites are very large with plenty of room for large rigs and tow vehicles. Full hookups and electricity is included.
It is in a quiet area but not too far from GSP airport, BMW plant, about halfway between Spartanburg and Greenville. While we were staying here for a little over a month the park added more gravel to help with a few puddles; created a second driveway to make it easier to exit the park; added a really nice playground and dog park (see photo). There is an outdoor enclosed shed for package delivery.
There are no trees. No laundry, but there is a nice laundromat just up the road in Duncan.
We would definitely stay here again.

If you have a nice RV that you care about, do not stay here. It is mostly dirt and with rain it is a mess!!! There are no restrooms, shower or laundry. Not even sure where the office is. It is not convenient to I85. The web sites states All sites are transient and not permanent residents. Explain to me how a 5th wheel with 2 SUVs, no truck to tow the 5th wheel is a transient? Photos attached.

We love working on campers' RVs at this family owned RV Park. After getting to know the owners at GSP RV PARK (which we consider our home base), we were thrilled to hear they were opening this second location nearby! Last week, we had our first service call to help one of the campers here with their water heater and were thrilled to see these large campsites slowly filling up. We've heard about some really exciting next steps for this campground and are excited to watch it grow into a community for campers to call home while exploring Upstate SC.
