We stopped by Standing Pines for 4 nights and wished we could extend and stay a bit longer. Loved the trails and dog park. Excellent laundry facility and great reliable Wi-fi and internet connection. The campground is just pristine. Brand new and still improving. Very excited for what's to come. The owners are very engaged and proactive. Excellent communication and customer service. Including all the camp workers, 10/10.
Hartsville nearby has a cute small downtown I'd recommend to stop by to eat and shop.

I know this place is still being built. It's a new park only opened a year ago. But you can already tell its going to be everyone's favorite camp spot. They are adding more each day and doing so much already. We love it and that night sky is something amazing. The amount of stars you can see make you stop in awe. Lovely people all around who work the campground. Make sure you book for a full week to enjoy everything. Movies on Fridays and Jack Jack the goat. Say hi to Amy and everyone else at the campstore. I can't wait to go again. Only a half hour from Florence if you want to go into a bigger city, but honestly there is so much here already and more to come. The park is great for kids, the rope course was a favorite for my teens. Love all the lounge chairs.

Our family stayed at the campground on one of the quad sites and we really enjoyed our time here. We registered for the Memorial Day weekend early (in January!!) and knew that this was a newer campground. While I am generally not a fan of sand (even though we live near the beach! haha) the kindness of the owners and fun activities for the Grandkids were well worth the bother of the sand. (Plus my Grandson's absolutely loved digging through the sand!!) The waterslide and splash pad were a huge hit with the kids, and they loved Jack Jack the goat's visit. The quad site was so nice, we loved that we had our own "area" and could all be together. The location of this campground is perfect for our family as it is about half way between our North Carolina and South Carolina families so we can meet in the middle. We will definitely be back again!

We spent the winter at Standing Pines Campground in Hartsville, South Carolina, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hospitality of the owners, staff, and fellow campers was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and became part of a wonderful campground community.
The restroom and laundry facilities are some of the cleanest and best-maintained we’ve seen anywhere—definitely 5-star quality. The campground also offers plenty of amenities and activities that make it easy to stay active, have fun, and meet new friends.
If you’re looking for a campground that combines excellent facilities, great amenities, and a genuine sense of community, Standing Pines Campground is hard to beat. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

Amy and Craig are amazing and you could not find nicer and more helpful owners. I had a refrigerator that had to be replaced Craig helped me out so much by hauling it off for me, way above what i could have expected and Amy got a couple of her guys to help yp get the new refrigerator in the RV… my wife snd i are a couple of old farts who really needed the help and Amy and Craig were right there… oh and by the way a very nice quiet park. Stay here and you will be supporting the nicest people in the world!!
