Nice little park hat needs TLC. Heard it is getting that real soon!

Enjoyed staying the weekend. The campsite was level and paved with a generous area around the campfire ring. 50 Amp power and water was within reach without using extensions. As with any costal area there were sand gnats that bite, so don’t forget your insect repellent of your choice 😃

The campground is a mess. Sites are not being blown or swept off prior to arrival, the fire pit was full of ashes and the grass is 8” tall in some spots. I never saw the host, most of the time it did not appear that they were even staying in their site as no vehicle other than the rv was there. The bathroom hand dryer is also not working. I do understand that Buck Hall is due for a makeover but with a full campground it should be better taken care of.
Law enforcement needs to be aware that a campers has been in the back of the over flow lot for at least a month, set up but never anyone there. There is also a make shift fire pit back there where someone has been squatting. Campers are also not abiding by the one wheel on the blacktop with respect to vehicles and a camper in a tent even set up and camped down by the fishing pier.

Great campground. Loved being so close to the waterway. Small flying bugs were bad. Was glad I had bug screens.
