Very peaceful, quiet. We asked to park over near the river view. He did warn us a train passes a couple times. It wasn't an annoyance. We slept well. The turkeys, Guinea hens and peacocks all came for a visit in the morning. We enjoyed watching them admire there reflection on the trailer next to us.

Awesome quiet peaceful campground. Owner is a very nice human being. Canโ€™t get any better for a person staying. Very clean and pleasant place to stay.

Small RV park, but well maintained and the owner is very friendly. You can't beat the price
. Make sure you visit the town history museum

Vehicles & parking

  • RVs and travel trailers must be in good condition and have current liability insurance.
  • Management can refuse access to guests with unacceptable vehicles.
  • Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only; no parking on grass or empty campsites without permission.

Safety & rules

  • The speed limit in the campground is 5 MPH.
  • Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Loud music and excessive noise that disturb others are prohibited.
  • Guests must keep the campground clean and behave appropriately.
  • Illegal drugs are prohibited; alcohol must be consumed responsibly.
  • Firearms must be secured; other weapons and explosives are not allowed on property.
  • Fireworks and hazardous materials are prohibited.
  • Harassment or offensive behavior towards others will lead to immediate eviction.
  • Guests are responsible for damage or injury caused by themselves or their children and pets.
  • Guests assume all risks of camping and indemnify the property against claims.
  • The property is not liable for lost or stolen items or personal injury.
  • Guests must secure their belongings; the park is not responsible for theft or damage.
  • Follow posted instructions and staff directives in emergencies.
  • Guests indemnify the park against claims from their use of the property.
  • Management can modify or add rules as needed.
  • Providing a mobile number grants consent to receive automated messages; consent can be revoked.

Wildlife & food storage

  • Cutting or damaging trees and vegetation is prohibited to protect the environment.

Fires & fuel

  • Fires are permitted only in designated areas and when fire bans are not in effect.
