Many visitors enjoyed their stay, highlighting the spacious, shaded sites and the park's family-friendly atmosphere. We were on Site 69 in our Reflection 28RL Fifth Wheel. The site is pretty level and it was long enough for my trailer and long bed F250 to park in line with plenty of room left. The view of the lake from this site is very nice. It is somewhat obstructed by a row of trees, but they act as a nice wind break. It is one of our favorite sites. But at Defeated Creek, there are so many beautiful sites.

Numerous excellent camp sites with water views. Very peaceful. The bathrooms could use some updating.

This place is fantastic and the camp host is equally as amazing. I had an issue at my site on a Sunday, and the camp host made a few calls and the problem was fixed perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about this campground and it’s staff, so please book your next trip here and you won’t be disappointed!!! We will always come back!!

The park is beautifully kept. It's clean, spacious and organized. We love coming here and have for the last 7 years. However this last time we were there, we were called repeatedly to inquire about when we would be out of the site (on check out day). We were also called even after we had left to see when we would be vacating. I missed the calls because we were obviously packing up and the cell service there is famously spotty so the calls just came up as voicemails. Check out time is 2pm. Please don't call your campers at 1:47pm multiple times to ask when we are leaving because the next camper is already there to take our spot. Your check IN is not until 3pm so I'm not sure why them getting into our spot an hour earlier than they should have was important. Failure to plan (getting there earlier than normal check in time) on their part does not constitute an emergency on mine. We were pulling out of the spot at exactly 2pm so please stick to your posted check in/check out times. If we were there past 2, I would have understood the phone call (maybe not multiple calls but a call none the less) but this was just a little much. We will still come back to Defeated Creek, but I hope in the future we won't be subject to calls regarding a premature departure. We paid for the site, please allow us the courtesy of getting what was paid for. Other than that our stay was as always wonderful.

One of the nicest campsites I stayed at. Very flat, nice parking for tv, and hooks-ups right where they needed to be. This was a not a scheduled stop for us but with the help of extremely polite and competent gate attendant, we enjoyed a very good experience.
