What Guests Are Saying
Defeated Creek Park is a beautiful and well-maintained campground, appreciated for its stunning views, friendly hosts, and ample outdoor activities, including biking, hiking, and water sports. Many visitors enjoyed their stay, highlighting the spacious, shaded sites and the park's family-friendly atmosphere. However, the park lacks reliable cell service and WiFi, which some guests found inconvenient, and there are occasional cleanliness issues that management is encouraged to address.

We rented 3 spaces and brought our dogs with us. Within 5 min a rude lady identified herself as camp host aggressively approached my buddy and wife about our dogs barking. It was 2pm so it wasn’t late. But it was not our dogs that were barking it was 2 campsites over. Because of this lady’s aggressive behavior my friends autistic son was afraid to come out of his tent and eventually his mom drove him back home to bowling green. We will not be back if that camp host is still there next year.

Beautiful, well kept campground. We enjoyed watching the deer, swimming, and fishing (though we had no luck catching). Best of all was ending our weekend attending church service in the park! We will definitely visit again.

Very nice camping spot. Shady with water and electric. Really liked great boat dock and trailer parking lot. Clean restrooms. Swimming area. Playground for kids.

We booked into the wrong spot for us. The attendant worked to move us to our new favorite spot.
Highly recommend.

Such a peaceful, clean park. Can't wait until next year to visit when it is bit warmer.

My husband thoroughly enjoyed the fishing, in spite of the rain and cooler temperatures.
