Nice small campground with electric and water hookups right on the lake. Lots of big shade trees are great. Site 1 and 2 are away from the rest if you like privacy and quiet. Nice restrooms and showers, a washer and dryer here as well. Host is a nice guy and told us to keep an eye out for the squirrels that like to chew on your electric wires. There are a million of the little pests here.

We had spot 12 and the view could not have been more beautiful. It was refreshingly quiet and the gentleman at the front gate even gave my dog a doggie biscuit. You know a place is great when they are kind to your animal as well. Looking forward to staying here again.

had a great time at Cages Bend. Nice views of the water with a lake side site. Only issue I can think of are the unmarked culverts that can't be seen from the driver's seat when backing into a site. They are necessary, yet have deep drop offs that would put a truck down on it's chassis. Some sites have culverts right where the passenger side front tire would go to get turned into the site. For us, were warned about that issue by another camper just up the hill who had seen that happen to many at that same site.
Thanks for a good stay!
