  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
  • Environmental Protection: Cutting, damaging, or removing trees and vegetation is prohibited; help us preserve the natural environment.
  • No Littering or Unruly Behavior: Keep the campground clean and behave appropriately.
  • Commercial Activity: Soliciting or conducting any commercial business on the property without written permission is prohibited.
  • Emergency Procedures: In case of emergency, follow all posted instructions and directives from BusForSale staff.
  • Right to Evict: We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who do not comply with the rules and policies.

Parking

  • Access: We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed unacceptable.
  • Supervision of Children: For the safety of all, especially with the movement of large vehicles on the property, parents or guardians are responsible for the constant supervision and safety of their children.
  • Firearms and Weapons: While weapons and explosives are generally not permitted on the property, concealed carry is permissible for those who adhere to all local and state guidelines.
  • Modification of Parking Spot: Altering the spot, including digging or installing equipment, is not allowed without management approval.
  • Assumption of Risk: Tenants assume all risks associated with parking and agree to hold the property harmless from and indemnify the property against any claims.

Safety & rules

  • Speed limit is 5 MPH within the lot.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Loud music and excessive noise that disturb others are prohibited.
  • Illegal drugs are prohibited, and alcohol must be consumed responsibly in your parking spot.
  • Fireworks and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
  • Guests must secure their belongings; the property is not liable for theft or damage.
  • Guests agree to protect the property from claims arising from their use.
  • Management can change or add rules as necessary.

Pets

  • Guests must clean up after pets and keep them on a leash at all times.
  • Guest Responsibility: Tenants and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their vehicles, guests and/or pets.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior towards staff or other guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
