General

  • Welcome to Paradise Ridge RV Park. It is our desire that you and your family enjoy living here and will consider our community as your home. We have designed a number of guidelines that we hope will maintain the community in such a way as to make you pleased to live here. The standards outlined in these rules should serve as a guideline of behavior for the residents and their guests and will establish conformity amongst all of our residents.

Site capacity

  • Tenants must keep their RV lot orderly and cannot store items outside or under the RV.
  • The property is for residential use only by tenants and their immediate family, no subletting allowed.

Site types & loops

  • Any changes to equipment or landscaping require management approval.
  • No permanent fixtures, plants, or trees may be planted on the property.
  • No structures, including sheds and patios, can be built at RV sites.
  • Swimming pools, trampolines, dog kennels, and playground equipment are not allowed.
  • No signs may be placed anywhere on the park grounds.

Safety & rules

  • Management is not liable for damage to tenant property from natural events.
  • Management has the right to access all spaces for inspections or maintenance.
  • No waste, nuisances, or disturbing noise is allowed on the premises.
  • No commercial activities are allowed in the park.
  • A dumpster is provided for household waste; tenants must dispose of trash properly and cannot store it on their lot.
  • Violating any rules may lead to eviction and termination of the rental agreement.
  • Management can modify rules as needed for community safety and comfort; all tenants must comply with rules.

Vehicles & parking

  • Tenants must maintain liability insurance and registration for all vehicles and RVs, which must be roadworthy.
  • A maximum of two vehicles may park at each RV site; boats and utility trailers are prohibited.

Utilities

  • Management provides utilities, but residents must maintain them and insulate water lines; repairs due to neglect are their responsibility.

Noise

  • enjoyment of the rented premises. Disturbing noise in not permitted in the park at any time.

Fires & fuel

  • Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the park.
  • No fire rings or ground fires are allowed.

Pets

  • Each site is allowed up to two pets under 30 lbs; they must be leashed and cannot be tied outside.

  • All tenants and guests must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
