Get location but the over grown trees and under growth of vegetation was ridiculous

We could not enjoy the nights because of the bugs brought by the high grass , vegetation and the over growth of trees

We could not see the water from site, even though it stated water front site because of the trees

Some trees on the road into the site hung over the road and hit campers

The sites need to mowed more frequent and vegetation needs to be bush hogged to reduce the big problem of bugs

Loved our stay here. Large sites, easily accessible because most are pull through, and right on the water. Peaceful, lots of wildlife. Sites were a bit unlevel, but that was just a fun challenge for my first trip.

Beautiful views of the lake and very good sites to camp on can't wait to go back

I stayed various times throughout the Summer of 2019. Each reservation was handled properly and the various sites were always fully prepared for visitors. During the last few visits, we noted a recurrent issue with a group of campers near one of the shower rooms. The individuals appeared to hover near the showers, using one of their female campers as a diversion to linger near other female campers utilizing the shower & restroom facility. I noted this, on more than one occasion, to the camp hosts and they appeared to be genuinely concerned yet not taking any noticeable action to the strange behavior. It appeared that they simply let the aggravating campers not renew their passes and were therefore forced to leave after their reservation was completed. The situation fortunately didn't escalate, but it did make us reconsider using the campground for future visits to the area. I recommend ensuring that hosts have an established triage system in place to address future issues. Thank You.

We had a double sight with 2 hook ups across from the lake. Where we tied up our pontoon boat. Having the double sights was wonderful to have our kids come set up tents with us. The view was beautiful and the property well maintained. Plenty of privacy between sights. We were disappointed that they are not a year round campground, but we will be returning this summer again. Stayed 2 weeks and loved it!

Great campground if you can get a spot on the lake :).

The grass was way to high on all the sites.

The camp sites had great access to the water. Park rangers were extremely courteous and helpful.

Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. Some fellow campers forget when quite hours are. But for the most part, very enjoyable. Look forward to our next stay.
