Mountain Ranch RV Park

No frills, full hook-up camp. It is right on the road but it's not a major one. Perfect base camp to explore the area from.

What a great cozy spot! We just spent a month here to explore the Smokies, and really loved it. Only 4 spots, so it was very quiet. Close to Walmart for groceries. We were here during Helene, and Tom and Tommy kept us up to date with important information about the storm and subsequent water supply issues. They are wonderful people and I will miss them as neighbors! (Also thanks Tammy for all of the fresh veggies!)

What a wonderful stay here! We are so lucky to meet the owners Tom and Tammy who are the sweetest people. It’s obvious they love having a place for people to enjoy some peace and quite while still having some great pot luck nights for getting to know others! The park has great mountain views and is close to the foothills and north side of the park which we love. We will definitely come back when we swing through the area again.

This is a quite and quaint RV Park. Small, but very cozy. The owners are amazing and very helpful. We were lucky enough to stay while they were also here. They hosted a pot luck while we stayed and loved getting to know the other families staying at the park. They have full hook up, and had no problems while we stayed. I highly recommend to anyone staying here. Very close to stores and quick access to I-40. Plus the views are amazing!!

Very quiet campground which we enjoyed. We appreciated how close it was to stores. This campground does not have any amenities such as office, bathrooms or shower house, but does offer full hook ups and views of the mountains. I would recommend staying here anytime of the year but fall. The trees that provide the shade are acorn and some other larger nut tree. In site 4 we got showered with nuts and leaves that stained our roof. We were in site 4 from mid September to mid October. That site in the spring or summer would be amazing, just not in the fall. The owners were great from start to finish.
