Nice campground. Plenty of shade. Cell phone signal in the area is not good. Could use wi-fi at the campsites or at least near the bathrooms.

Our family really enjoyed this campsite. There was always a ranger in the camping area. They had activities to interact with kids. The kids had plenty of space to ride their bikes.

Out of my top campgrounds it is the top five. It is well maintained clean and nice walking trails. I only wish the pool was open daily.

Bandy Creek was an excellent campground. The park is incredible. One of the best recreation areas in east TN.

Beautiful facility beautiful area. Campsites too close together for true relaxation though. It’s a personal opinion and understand not everybody has the issue with this.

Took me a fast minute to figure how to keep the water flowing (use a band to hold it on). Walkable very clean bath house, pool and trails.

Great campsite with lots of families. Was not clear on the check-in or out process, but overall it was a fun camping trip either way!

The campground was great. Lots of shade, and the bathhouse was clean. My ONLY complaint was that the pool is only open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We arrived on Monday with 3 grandsons expecting to get to swim and they had to leave on Friday.

Bandy Creek Campground is accessible via US Highway 27, which is approximately 12 miles to the west. The campground is also within reach of Interstate 75, located roughly 25 miles to the east.

Arrival & departure
- Travelers should exercise caution on Highway 297 due to steep grades and curves; an alternate route is recommended for those uncomfortable with these conditions.
