Very nice campground. All sites are spacious. Very clean bathrooms, nice visitor center, camp store. Good hiking trails nearby.

Very nice campground. The sites are quite private and provide for a true camping experience. The bath houses were clean with good water pressure and temperature. The camp host was helpful and friendly.
I highly recommend taking advantage of the numerous hiking trails - the scenery and wildlife were amazing. I highly recommend this campground and the Big South Fork area. Don’t miss out on this beautiful national treasure.

The campground was fine. The 4 star rating is due to the dangers of poison ivy and ticks everywhere. There should be some signs around the camping areas for people who don't know.

Very clean campground and bathrooms. No cell service!
We enjoyed a beautiful sunset at sunset trail and saw a moma bear with her two cubs a mile from the campground. Overall nice campground.

The Loop C area where we stayed was in good shape and maintained well. The bathhouse was very clean.

Bandy Creek Campground is accessible via US Highway 27, which is approximately 12 miles to the west. The campground is also within reach of Interstate 75, located roughly 25 miles to the east.

16 mi drive to downtown Oneida (about 28 min)

Arrival & departure
- Travelers should exercise caution on Highway 297 due to steep grades and curves; an alternate route is recommended for those uncomfortable with these conditions.

- To prevent wildlife encounters, secure all food and scented items properly and maintain a clean campsite.

- Horse stall reservations are required and can be made by phone or online; they are separate from campground reservations.
