Gateway RV Campground

The location, price and service was great! We didn't rent a room we traveled in our RV The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star review is because the pool does not have a handicap ramp so we had to manually lift our Granddaughter up and down the stairs and the larger bathroom which is the size of a handicap bathroom has no shower chair or seat in it, which made it a challenge to shower our Granddaughter who is in a wheelchair. The staff was excellent and very helpful. It was quiet and peaceful in the park.

We stayed here over Father’s Day weekend while visiting Pigeon Forge and had a great experience. The campground is in a great location, close to all the attractions while still providing a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The sites are spacious, well maintained, and easy to access.

A special thank you to Patti, who was wonderful to work with. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Her hospitality really helped make our stay enjoyable.

We had a fantastic weekend and would definitely recommend this campground to anyone visiting the Pigeon Forge area. We look forward to coming back!

Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable experience. I don't know if you always do the extra things or if it was just for the 4th of July but we really had a wonderful time. My grandkids loved the hamburger/hotdog cookout. The decorated donuts and the red, white, and blue goodies for the 4th.Thanks for making it a memorable weekend.

We had a great time at Gateway campground. We camped in our travel trailer. The grounds were clean and the restrooms were really nice! We e joyed the pool and our kids loved the playground/ askeball court. We thought it was a nice quiet campground but still close to the things we wanted to do. We checked in with Patti and asked her a couple questions about things to do. She was so kind and a joy to talk with. We will definitely be returning if we are in the area again!

What a perfect place to stay! The chalet was so cozy and the bath house was kept so clean our whole stay. The location was also excellent for quickly being able to access both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. At check-in Patti was so kind and welcoming, we knew we’d made the right choice for our weekend getaway. Highly recommend!
