Smoker Holler RV Resort offers a peaceful stay in Wears Valley, away from heavy traffic, with easy access to local amenities and great views from several sites. While some spots may be small and less maintained, the park is affordable and ideal for short stays, though it may not be dog-friendly. Don't go with dogs or at all not many large spots ,some old vehicles and long time residents, spots are pretty level stone, not dog friendly, don't park on grass, lots of curves and hills to get to campground

Love living here, Naomi has been so awesome to us over the past 5 years. Wouldn't want to live in any other rv park.

Enjoyed our four night stay at Smoker Holler RV resort. We enjoy staying in the Wears Valley area as it’s away from all the traffic in PF and Gatlinburg but still easily accessible. There are plenty of local restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive from the RV park. We had a great view from site 5. A lot of people complain about the road noise in these reviews that I have seen and it really wasn’t overly loud to us and we were in one of the sites up against the road. It’s one of the cheaper RV resorts in the area so don’t expect a luxury rv resort experience, but it’s what you need for a short affordable stay in the smokies. Note: you have to request a fire ring which isn’t an issue at all, but something to be knowledgeable about. Some of the sites in which people appear to be staying long term seem alittle unkept but everyone was very quiet and stayed to themselves so that wasn’t a bother at all.

A great place if you are looking for full hookups at an economical price in the area. No pool and basically only a one person bathroom with shower for your use. As long as your shower is working in your RV this is an awesome place to leave a little $$ in your pocket to enjoy your stay in the area. A little noise from the road that is not far from the campers but didn't bother me. Slept all night. The AC or Furnace drowns all that out anyway. Most in the park seems to be full-time in the outer perimeter with nightly stays in the interior. The owner takes care of the place and will check in with you from time to time. All considered I would definitely stay here again when in the area. At a monthly charge of $800 it seems priced right for what it is. No complaints.

We decided on this place last minute. We called and we're given a spot right away. We would arrive late for a 2 day stay. The lady was super nice, we stayed our full days without being asked to pay. The price was great, and we paid on our way out. I'd stay her again in a heartbeat if I was in the area. It's a simple place with hookups tucked in the woods.
