The staff are always super friendly and helpful. They patrol the park and keep an eye on things. I love that! The park is always clean. The spots are well maintained and the bath houses are very clean too. It's peaceful and quiet and they have a rule about no excessive noise from 10pm to 6am.

Very quiet and peaceful place! Great sites and well laid out. Typical coe park, the road leading to it is pretty sketchy but the park itself is very nice. Camp hosts were extremely polite and super nice folks. Site 22 where I stayed is situated funny so I highly recommend bringing an extra long cord for that site, but it seemed to be the only one with that issue.

Bob and Babs were fabulous camp hosts. We enjoyed the lake and the surrounding area. The campground itself has quite a bit of deferred maintenance, however.

Absolutely beautiful campsites and view. Friendly staff and well maintained facilities. Campsites are extremely close together. Our picnic table was literally over the fire pit. Bath and showers in great shape.

This is an aging campground. Many of the back-in RV sites have steep, narrow entries with large gaps or broken cement. Care should be taken when selecting a site.

Loved our stay and will come back again and again. Such a nice, well maintained beautiful campground and the hosts Bob and Babs are nothing short of fantastic. Stayed at site17 and we loved that we could launch our boat. No issues during winter pool.

From I-40, take exit 273. Merge onto US-56 south and continue for 3.5 miles to Floating Mill Road. After about a mile, turn right to stay on Floating Mill Road, and follow signs into the campground.

Policies & Rules
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
Site types & loops
- Sites 60-77 and 81-98 are designated for tents only and require steps for access.
Site capacity
- Each site permits two tents on pads and one wheeled camping unit.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed in the day-use area, beach area, or restrooms.
Safety & rules
- Alcohol is not allowed on the premises.
- Campers must clean up trash and extinguish fires before leaving; failure to do so may result in citations.
Local regulations
- Church services occur every Sunday at 9 a.m. from Memorial Day weekend until the end of the season.
Fires & fuel
- Only heat-treated firewood is allowed; non-certified types are prohibited.
Fees & deposits
- Only credit card payments are accepted.
Vehicles & parking
- Camping equipment must remain on designated sites; parking in non-designated areas can lead to citations or towing.
- Only licensed vehicles are allowed; two are included per campsite with a $3 fee for additional vehicles.
