This used to be a great camping area now it’s over crowded and not well maintained.

We LOVE floating milk park so much. Our experience was wonderful and the site is clean and well kept. The playground was loved by our children and the bathrooms are the cleanest we’ve seen. The lake is gorgeous and we will definitely be making this our go too campsite.

The campsite was touching 2 others on each side and only had one parking space.
There wasn’t enough room to put up two tents.

We loved sites 84 and 85. Loved the access down to the water and how close it was to the bathrooms. Nice campground! Will camp here again!!

I think this site shouldn’t be rated for 30’ because of the back curve retainer wall. It is somewhat difficult to get backed in to and now have scratches on our bumper. Otherwise it was very good.

Campground is really well kept and clean. Showers are nice and hot and the sites are great. The camp hosts are all amazing here. They are very helpful in helping with extending your stay if you want to. Highly recommend this park

The sites are very close together, but it's an awesome view of the lake. The whole campground is unlevel. There are steps and hills everywhere. Restrooms were very nice and well kept. Playground was nice. Fire pits were located in interesting places.

From I-40, take exit 273. Merge onto US-56 south and continue for 3.5 miles to Floating Mill Road. After about a mile, turn right to stay on Floating Mill Road, and follow signs into the campground.

All camping equipment (including vehicles, boats, and trailers) must be kept on your site(s). Parking on the asphalt at the boat ramp in the campground is prohibited. Campers will also not be allowed to leave their boats and trailers in the day use area. Anyone parking in a non-designated area, will be subject to a citation and/or being towed. |

Only licensed vehicles are permitted. Each campsite is provided for two pre-paid vehicle entry. Additional vehicles, or visitors to campers are charged $3 fee per vehicle. The $3 fee will be charged only one time and hang tag is good for the entire reservation. |

We need your help to maintain our campsites. Please dispose of all trash and litter along with extinguishing any fire and dispose of ashes in the fire ring upon departure. If sites are left trashed, you may be cited by Title 36 Code of Federal Regulation 327.9 Sanitation part (d). “Campers, picknickers, and all other persons using a water resources development project shall keep their sites free of trash and litter during the period of occupancy and shall remove all personal equipment and clean their sites upon departure”. |
