We always enjoy our stay at Ragland Bottom Campground. The host and volunteers were friendly and nice to talk to and are always helpful if needed. As for as attention needed there is a large tree root pushing up the asphalt making quite a large bump at a rather steep hill coming out of a curve after campsite #15 and before reaching the lower bath house. It is hard to nearly stop and try to get several tons of a camper rig moving again on this hill. In a car or pickup this is not as much of a problem.

Beautiful campground on a hillside by the lake. We'll maintained and great hosts. Good location for hiking and chasing waterfalls.
