Several picnic tables w/fire-pits in park. Permits and/or fee may be needed. "Fishing pond" also nearby if the lake is to rough (wind). Need Fishing license if visiting. Ferry ride is a good time. It is a small 4-6 car, open deck barge, lashed to a tugboat.

Terrible fishing, worse fishing day i have ever had. These 2 lakes they have up here are barren, just a few pumpkin seeds.

Great little hidden spot! Nice ramp & plenty of parking spaces. Easy to maneuver in & out.

Wonderful place to go hang out or to fish off the pier. Danville store is very friendly with all customers. Lovers labe spot for couples facing the open water. Great place to see barges and some ships. You will also get spectacular sunset views from this beautiful location.
