Camp Willow Outdoor Resort

We didn't stay here, but we did stop by to see what the place looks like. There are numerous spots to park your RV or camper. There is a mini golf course and a very nice swimming pool on the property! The office also has a restaurant and gift shop. There are also a few huts available to rent if you don't have an RV. The park is only a few minutes away from Wattsbar Lake and the boat launch. They have a great setup here!

Extremely good pizza and wings. Perfect pizza to be honest. The wings are some of the best I've ever had.. we got Traditional with sasquatch flavor and " double down " it was truly delicious. Don't pass by this place!

Food and general store were great! Pizza and double down wings are a favorite. Wife and girl were very friendly and helpful. As far as the actual campground not so much. Prices were great considering the nice pool and putt putt area. Very tight maneuvering in with a larger camper. When entering the area you must go in the second entrance which shows arrows as exiting but we could not make the right turn for the entrance arrows. We were later told by another camper that the owner said you were supposed to come in at the exit but who would know that. Sites are extremely narrow. Concrete pad literally only fits the width of your camper. No room to spare. And with dealing with trees and electrical boxes on either side you have to watch your positioning if you have slides especially on both sides. Owner was not very accommodating. We don’t need greeting or anything but the first interaction was him coming to assist us backing after we had numerous fails. He didn’t introduce himself, say welcome or anything just started telling us that we would be fine with the slides. No weren’t when we couldn’t get slides out on each side and due to the tree and it being so close could not put our awning. A lot of the sites the grass was bare due to shade from trees preventing it from growing therefore when it rained it was washing and extremely muddy. Shade trees are nice but the mud/dirt can be a problem. Bathhouses could use some love. Not really maintained on a daily basis. Also depending on your preference there are long term staying people there that is not very appealing especially when there site is unkempt. Not trying to be negative Nancy just putting the things out there that we had issues with. Pictures and tik toks look great and appealing but those don’t give you these warnings.

My husband and I stayed at Camp Willow for a weekend getaway. It was a wonderful stay!!! We stayed in the cabin. It was super clean, cozy, and full of so many thoughtful details and amenities. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs, simply relaxing. We also ate at the restaurant twice and It was delicious!! We had wings, a Mediterranean salad, and a brick oven pizza. The store is full of gifts and souvenirs and very well priced. Thoughtfulness to every detail at the campground made it easy for us the slow down, cozy in, and enjoy the rustic, home away from home environment on our much needed mini vacation.

We ordered the Sasquatch wings and fries along with the hot honey pepperoni pizza.
Let me tell you, Fantastic!!! The fries are like none you've ever had. Wings were delicious. Pizza was superb. The pizza crust was perfect.
