What Guests Are Saying
Rock Creek Campground offers a beautiful, peaceful retreat with well-spaced sites, particularly along the creek, providing a serene atmosphere and excellent access to hiking trails and the river. Visitors appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities and the secluded feel, with zero light pollution enhancing the outdoor experience. However, some noted a lack of onsite staff and occasional noise from ATV activity, and it's important to plan ahead for reservations due to ambiguous campsite maps and no cell service.

First time to Rock Creek, small quaint campground of about a dozen sites right by the Obed river. All sights except for #1 have really good shade coverage. Bathroom is very simple but it's a toilet. Nice place to go.

Wow, truly such a nice campground. Sites 9, 10, and 11 are the most secluded and sit along the creek. I had no neighbors during my stay, so that was really nice, but had there been other reservations, there wouldn't really be any privacy. But the creek was very loud and calming; it was my favorite part of the site. The river was also very accessible!
My only complaint is that I did not see a worker during my trip, so be prepared to travel 20 mins into town if something happens. Also, this is a VERY popular ATV area, so it does get loud at times.

It was great! Clean and organized campground even in the off-season. Bathrooms were great, and access to water was nice.

We arrived around 10pm to find someone in our reserved space. The issue was not due to any fault of the camper. Our crew had two sites booked and neither were noted with a reserved sign. Super frustrating but thankfully the person was a good sport, we ended up letting them use the space with us rather than move. End up fine but heads up if you are reserving a space here.

Great campground and site...0% light pollution and no cellphone coverage, which is how we prefer it...all of the leaves were blown off our site and there was a new roll of TP in the bathroom...definitely coming back
