The view from or motorhome was incredible. Our spot was huge and we had more room then any other place I can remember and we travel full time. Location is perfect for hikers, off Road enthusiasts amd photographers because your right in the middle of everything. Lots of photography spots that are instagram famous are minutes away. Very dark sky park so bring your flashlight! Super dog friendly with several trails. Loved this park and cant wait to return.

This place is a great spot to camp and explore all of the destinations in the southern part of the San Rafael Swell and Capitol Reef. The campground host, Paul, has a wealth of information about the area and things to do. Super nice guy and very helpful. The sites themselves are huge. We don't much like camps where you're crammed in like sardines, and this is the opposite of that. The owners have plans to build a shower house and laundry facility. They have good well water. It's right on the Fremont River with beautiful cottonwood trees. We had a full hookup, 50 amp site. We'll definitely be back and very much enjoyed our time there.

We took our kids down for fall break to the first time to Off-road RV resort and loved it. This place is a diamond in the rough. I can’t say enough good about the location and the actual RV campsite. It’s centralized to all the great attractions down in southern Utah. It’s just a couple miles away from Capitol Reef national park on one side and just around the corner from a motorbike heaven. It’s a mile or so away from Swing Arm City . If you’re into dirt bikes, it’s the funnest place you could go. There’s endless Riding there. Also, it’s right next to a ton of great hiking spots and very near to goblin Valley. We actually spent the day at Goblin Valley and loved it. The camp site itself is phenomenal. All the camping sites are long and easily accessed. Very level and very open. We love this place. If you’re heading down south to do hiking, canyoneering, dirt biking, or just wanna see the scenic part of southern Utah, this is definitely a great place to go. The view at night with the stars is amazing. Two thumbs up and five stars.

This place is great… It’s central to all the cool attractions down in southern Utah. We stayed here for the first time and loved it. The sites were long enough for our trailer and vehicle and easy to unload our ATVs and dirt bikes. The access In-N-Out was great. We love the fact that it’s so close to amazing attractions. It’s just outside of Capitol Reef national Park and just a mile or so away from a world famous dirtbike park called Swingarm city. We actually went over to Goblin Valley State Park one of the days and it was very convenient. If you’re into the outdoors, this place is perfect. It’s got a combination of really cool attractions that are close by if you were into Canyoneering or epic hikes. There’s so much to do down here. This place is awesome. We loved it and our family had a great time.

My wife and I have stayed here before and have loved it every time. This we met Paul, the camp host. He was incredible! He checked in ahead of some nasty incoming weather and made sure we were good and had a plan if things got dicey. He also worked with us to extend our visit an extra day. He was so gracious and kind! I couldn’t have asked for a better host! Thank you so much Paul, for everything.

The rv park itself is awesome. Tons of room between spots, beautiful walking paths and all of the amenities you could ask for. From full hookups to wood and ice. My wife and I generally prefer to camp off grid but Offroad RV resort is our exception. If you can, you should spend a night or three! Totally worth it!
