The campground was nice, the bathrooms were clean, and the weather was perfect. However, there were several groups of campers making lots of noise until after 1am.

The camp sites are very well maintained and seemed to be mostly pull throughs. The Camp hosts were very friendly and helpful. I also have to include the restrooms were about the cleanest we have seen and very well maintained with sinks and flush toilets.

Great trip, it was so quiet and peaceful mid week. Bathrooms/toilets were spotless. Camp hosts were amazingly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Oh yeah, fishing was great, trolling a J-11 Rapala behind a baby cowbell.

The camphosts were extremely friendly. Though there were restroom and electricity outages beyond their control, the restrooms and campground were very clean. We will certainly go back again.

The campsite was really nice, friendly hosts, the restrooms were clean and well stocked with paper, the drinking water was off but we were just coming off freezing nights so that was okay
Burger barn in town was real nice as well
Will stay there again

First, let me say the hosts were great. Very personable, polite and professional even though they were set up to fail by their company. They told us this was their first time being a host so were dependent upon their bosses for training. Its no wonder there are new hosts every year with this complete lack of support from their company. They had no harsh words to say about the company but you can tell what was going on.
The first big weekend of the summer and the campground was full yet they we not ready which resulted in many unhappy campers and unnecessary added pressure on the hosts.
There was no water for the entire first week. This has been an on going problem at this campground for several years yet no one (the US Forest Service or the management company) is willing to get it fixed. The website stated it was due to low lake water but all of the maintenance employees say that is incorrect. The infrastructure is old and many, many leaks keep the reserves from filling up to offer water to the campers.
There was also no firewood for sale. The cage was not set up and no wood was delivered. The opening date must have snuck up on everyone even though it is the same date every year!
No dump stations were available for the campers as well. We were told the closest were in the town of Panguitch which is 18 mi away.
Somebody better start paying attention to business if they intend to charge for campsites.

Everything was great except no potable water and no dumpsite available. We ended up cutting our trip short. The campground hosts were wonderful, very helpful and always available.

The hosts, Ruth & Vince (?) were super nice and helpful! The water situation was difficult, but at least we had been notified ahead of time, and the hosts were excellent about letting us know the situation and kept us advised of the changes. Great site, lots of space, very clean. Weather was a little bit of everything! We had a terrific time.
