Point Supreme exceeded our expectations. It is very small which was nice after staying in a busy national park campground the day before. One bathroom for each gender and 2 showers available, rarely had to wait for a shower. There was free firewood available at the camp host station that was split and dry. One thing that was unexpected was the elevation of the campground (~9500') and the associated lower temps. We stayed in mid-September 2021 and it was highs in the low 70s during the early afternoon but got down into the upper 30s, low 40s at night. This was a welcome reprieve after taking day trips to the hot canyons of Zion and Bryce, but we would recommend layers! Last but not least, make sure your brakes are working well! All routes in and out of the campground contain a relatively sharp change in elevation especially the one through Brian Head Ski Resort.

If you can, you should include staying here in your travels. It's a beautiful place, and great facilities.

Beautiful campsites with meadow views. We heard the elk bugle all night, along with coyotes yipping. The only downside is there is only one restroom with one toilet, so there was a line of four or five people waiting to brush teeth and use the toilet in the morning. I will come back!

The location makes a great base. You are half way between Zion and Bryce and can visit them as day trips and come back to Cedar Breaks to sleep. It's a smaller campground with nice sites, free showers, firewood for a donation, and no crowds to deal with. I really enjoyed my stay

Be aware of high elevation and things that result from such, i.e. cooler and wetter climate, harder to breath when hiking and joint pain

Must sees - Angel Falls, Grosvenor Arch, Willis creek Slot canyon, red canyon, Grand Staircase (Devils Garden) and lower falls hike.
Astrophotography is awesome if your into that.

The campground was clean, showers were great! It was nice to be able to take our dog for a walk from the campground to the sunset view area along the concrete walkway. Since dogs aren’t permitted on unpaved trails in most NP or NM we appreciate the NPS adding concrete walks for those who are disabled plus those who travel with dogs may also enjoy. Deer were frequent around the campground mornings and evenings grazing in the meadows below. The night sky was amazing and the campground was very quiet. We look forward to returning once the new visitor center opens.

The campground is at 10,200 ft. A short walk from there is the breathtaking, stunning view of Cedar Breaks National Monument. Small, cramped camp sites and very close to the through roads. Flush toilets and hot showers a plus. Scenic meadow views from most sites.

Jerry and the hosts are great. Great camping. Love the showers. Wish bathrooms were a little bigger. Will be back.
