Cool temperatures in the heat of Southern Utah summers. Great views of the surrounding trees and meadows filled with flowers and birds. Brilliant starry nights. Walking distance to the Visitor's Center and several hikes. Quiet at night. We will be back!

Stayed at site 13 for three nights. Great views from this site! Campground connects to hikes for sunset and close to visitor center. Beautiful place to visit
Only con- The bathroom was small (but clean) only one toilet each for men and women for the entire campground which at times was tough
Another really nice surprise they had free hot showers what a treat!! Would return!

Beautiful campground, high elevation, great views. Campsites are very close together with no screening. They have showers, which is great, but there is only one restroom stall for women, and one for men. Very busy am and pm.

We booked this for two nights, but should’ve for more. Our site was large and quiet, with a great view of the meadows around cedar breaks. Trails and visitor center were close enough to walk. The showers were in good condition, and firewood was on site (with a donation to the park service). It got so cold at night, which we loved!

RESERVATION CANCELLATION, UPDATES & NO-SHOW's: Volunteer campground hosts and park staff do not have the capacity to update or refund campground reservations. It is the responsibility of the customer to update or cancel their reservation through their recreation.gov account or by calling the Toll-free Reservation Hotline # (877) 444-6777. Cancellation and service fees will apply. No-Shows: Due to limited staffing, multiple-day reservations will be held for the entirety of the reservation. It is the reservation holder's responsibility to cancel their reservation. No-shows will only be processed for one-night only reservations at 11AM the morning after the night of the reservation. |

Each campsite is limited to two camping structures. Any mix is allowed for example campers may have a RV and pop-up, tent and pop-up, two tents, a sleeping trailer and a tent, or similar combination. Check with the camp host for details. |

Be prepared for cooler temperatures and unpredictable weather; summertime highs average between 60 - 70°F, nighttime lows often dip to 30 - 40°F. The thinner atmosphere provides less protection from dangerous UV rays; wear a hat and use sunscreen. |

High altitudes may cause shortness of breath and tiredness - slow down, rest often and drink plenty of water. |

Quiet hours are between 8PM and 8AM. Excessive noise (anything above 60 dicibles) is prohibited at all times. |

Pets must be leashed and attended; they are not permitted on unpaved-trails or in park buildings. Service animals are welcome. |

Campsites are on either side of a very narrow loop road. Campers will be required to have all equipment within their site and not in the roadway. |
