A very nice campground, most sites are roomy enough and many have great views over the meadows. The camp hosts are always extremely friendly and ready to spend time helping and answering questions. The bathrooms are clean. The paved trails out of the campground to Sunset Pt. and to the visitor center are short, easy and usually lovely with wildflowers.

Site 21 was great with a beautiful view. We didn't have much trouble leveling our 24 ft trailer. Water available in the campground. A bathhouse with showers and flush toilets was available, but we didn't use it. Great views of the stars and access to Point Supreme overlook. We could hear elk from our site each night.

The campground was a beautiful mix of pine trees and meadow views. Kevin, the Camp Ranger/Host was friendly and made checking in quick and simple. It was quiet with only the sounds of the wind thru the trees and softly bleating sheep herds grazing in nearby meadows. A trail provided a short walk to the Visitors Center and other trails. I will camp here again.

The campground was clean and easily accessible. It was fun to hike in the area. We thought it was going to be really cold at night, but it was perfect. Be sure to keep an eye on the weather.

Point Supreme Campground is an incredible place to camp and experience Cedar Breaks National Monument. The campground has a completely different feel from the surrounding desert country—quiet, cool, heavily forested, and tucked into the high country just a short distance from some absolutely spectacular views.

I camped here with my truck and rooftop tent and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The sites feel surrounded by the forest, wildlife was active around the campground—I had deer wandering nearby—and the combination of the trees, mountain air, and quiet made this one of those places where the campground itself was part of the trip rather than simply somewhere to sleep.

One of the biggest advantages is the location. You’re right at Cedar Breaks, so it’s easy to explore the monument and catch the amphitheater in the changing evening light. Sunset over the surrounding mountains was phenomenal, and watching the crescent moon appear over the trees afterward was a pretty memorable way to end the day.

I also recommend taking a few minutes to visit the historic log visitor/contact station. It adds some history and character to the experience that you don’t get at a typical campground.

Beautiful scenery, wildlife, peaceful high-country camping, and immediate access to Cedar Breaks. I would absolutely stay here again.
