Easy to make reservations. Campsite marked for us upon arrival. Beautiful location in Ashley Nation Forest. Close, easy access to Greens Lake for kayaking.

Nice little lake. Rent a paddle board or kayak and play close by. Don't miss driving out to the end of the Red Canyon overlook. Beautiful views. Greens lake is also close to Flaming Gorge Reservoir. Rent a boat and spend some time on the reservoir playing and fishing.

Overall Nice campground. Short walk over to the lake and resort. Lots of space in this site. However, Lots of potholes around the loop.

Busy, crowded, and little shade, but close to the fishing and recreation options on Greens Lake, and striking distance from the Gorge overlook and marina.

We stayed at Greens Lake in a travel trailer. We were notified that water was not available so we made sure to have enough water for our two night stay. Apparently the old piping system is made of clay and needs totally upgraded. We also found that one of the large dumpsters was overflowing and needed emptied. Our dogs loved the area and we hiked the rim trail.

The campsite was great, it was right next to the trail that goes out to the canyon rim and the sites were well maintained. The road needs some maintenance, but overall a good place to stay.

We love Greens Lake Campground and our recent experience there was consistent with past visits. The exception, and the reason for rating on 3/5 stars is that the road conditions are terrible. Almost the entire loop needs to be repaired with major holes over much of the road. Some were so bad that vehicles were driving off-road to avoid the extreme holes, causing unnecessary harm to surrounding vegetation and generating dust. Please fix this!

Beautiful spot and large campsites. The people at the lodge were very friendly and accommodating, even though we were not staying at their cabins.

Really liked the campgrounds BUT the road around needs fixing! Big potholes that could hang you up. Also the water looks VERY suspect. Reddish brown sentiment in our bottles. Thanks goodness we had brought some water with us. I wouldn't drink it!

The campground was nice as usual. Our reservations were for the 28th of June to the 2nd of July.
In the four days we were there we never saw a camp host to sort out spot conflicts. With no updated reservation signs, it was hard to claim your spot. The out houses ran out of toilet paper on the second day of our stay, Yes, we had our own but noticed many campers did not and all sorts of things were used in its place. We ended up leaving a day early and were already seeing more reservation issues due to no signage updates, if there is no reserved sign then can you force a camper out when they have your spot?
Overall, the experience of going to Greens Lake campground is not improving, more stress than relaxation.
