We actually didn't stay at the Pavillion. We were contacted 2 days before our trip and informed that the Pavillion didn't have bathrooms available yet, and so we opted to switch to the Campground and got 3 spots up there. The ranger was good to work with us. The Campground didn't have water available, but we figured it was better to have bathrooms as we can bring our own water. The camp sites were nice enough, though the Reservoir was so low it made it nearly impossible to do anything on the water. We did look at the Pavillion, and I don't think I would want to stay there. No trees or anything, it was pretty barren.
