⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Even Better the Second Time Around
This was our second stay at Hummingbird at Zen Zion, and it reminded us exactly why we came back. The cabin is clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together—it really feels like a home away from home. We especially love the quiet, peaceful location and how easy it is to get to Zion. After a day of hiking, soaking in the hot tub under the stars was the perfect way to unwind. The host is friendly, helpful, and made everything super easy from start to finish. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the space—everything was just as perfect as we remembered, if not better. It’s rare to find a place that’s both relaxing and close to adventure, but this cabin nails it. We’re so glad we booked again and already know it won’t be our last time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable base near the parks. It was about 20 minutes to the entrance of the park as well! There are nice little touches like hammocks and fireplaces throughout the property

Awesome spot for a family reunion. The only thing missing was additional lighting in the Pavilion area which was pitch dark once the sun went down. So make sure to bring headlamps for hot tub access!

Magic
We spent a wonderful night at the Zen Zion resort. We were in the River Dome and the view was amazing. Beautiful view during the day of the river and the trees turning colors and amazing star gazing at night. The kitchen and bath were modern and the owners clearly have great taste. I ordered the same mugs when I got home. Will be back!

We held our family reunion here this year and it was perfect! There were 23 of us and everyone had a nice, comfortable space. It's a very peaceful property with lots of big trees and water features. We loved the fact that we had our own cabin; allowing us to retire to bed whenever we wanted, which was much earlier than the rest of our clan. And definitely dig friendly. We spent a day hiking to some fun caves and a day sand boarding at the pink coral dunes; all within an hour. The covered patio provided a perfect gathering place for meals. Next year we will return and extend our stay a day.

We loved our stay at the River Dome. Location and property itself are beautiful! The view of the river was so relaxing. Close to a lot of good hiking trails (Bryce canyon, Zion national park, etc.). Hosts were amazing and gave us a lot of good recommendations for food and things to do in the area. The dome itself was so comfy and beautiful- lots of little details to make the stay the most comfortable it could be. We made s’mores over the fire pit and steaks on the gas grill on site- so fun! We didn’t want to leave!
