Beautiful campground! ZERO phone service. It's quite the drive to get there and can be a little sketchy at points if you are hauling a trailer. But it's tucked back, absolutely gorgeous views, and the camp host was very kind. We got the first spot and it was pretty easy backing in & out. Some of the other spots are tighter so just double check the sizes before reserving. We loved being so close to the lake and the fishing was kind of hit or miss. LOTS of fish (gorgeous big Tiger Trout), but they will just swim right past your bait (haha). Will definitely be back!

Love this place, with only 9 campsites it's never crazy busy. Some of the campsites need some TLC and better drainage. Since alot of the trees have been cut down, it seems the campsites get flooded out a bit more when it rains. So bring a shovel so you can divert the water around the tent areas and picnic table areas. There was a bear warning for the area. No bear boxes available at the sitrs either. Still, always a great time with family and friends!

This was cozy quiet little spot. The sites were well spaced and we had a view of the lake. So great.

No fire pits was very inconvenient. I’ve been going to that mtn for over 40 yrs & have never had to wake up to the cold, with 4 grand kids, & no fire. Forest fires & drought are nothing new. Don’t know whose order it was but I will think twice about spending my vacation money in that area. Thank you

Anderson Meadow Campground is a hidden gem. The setting is absolutely beautiful, quiet, peaceful, and a perfect escape into nature. Our campsite was nestled among the trees and the entire area felt serene and relaxing. The fishing was excellent and we had a great time enjoying the outdoors. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a gorgeous mountain setting.

The campground is small (10 sites) so it was pretty quiet. Most the sites have nice views of the lake. You can walk to the lake from the campground. The lake is beautiful. The water was so clear we could see fish swimming around. We had a great time fishing with our grandchildren.

Our family had a great time. The only off-putting thing was the torrential rains we had while there. Guess there's nothing you folks can do about that. We had to dig trenches through the campsite to channel water so the whole area didn't flood. Also, the trees had been really thinned, so there wasn't as much good shade. The kids just thought the whole thing was a great adventure.
