What Guests Are Saying
Friendship Campground offers beautiful mountain views and direct river access, perfect for cooling off in hot weather. While the drive can be challenging, especially for low-bottom cars, and bathroom supplies may be limited, the campground's quaint atmosphere and proximity to nature make it a delightful spot. However, caution is advised regarding fire safety and RV parking in the group site.

Restroom was down to its last third roll of bathroom tissue before the restroom was serviced.

Very rocky bumpy dirt road to campsite, and it's a long one, but once we got there we had an enjoyable time. Campsite 4 is by the vault toilet and had a large space around the fire pit for gathering.

Campsite 1, the group site is listed as use for RV camping. There really is not a large area to park an RV. Otherwise great area.

Positives:
-We stayed at site 002, and had perfect access to the river directly from our site! It was much needed to keep cool in the hot weather.
-The views of the mountains were beautiful, and there was always shade somewhere in our site.
Negatives:
-The drive up though is awful. Super rocky, bumpy, and deep-puddle filled for several miles. If you have a low-bottom car, you will have a really hard time getting to the site!!! Not necessarily a deal breaker, but plan accordingly!
- The site was slow to stock the bathrooms. Maybe bring spare toilet paper to be prepared.
- Our site neighbors were being very irresponsible with their fire (spraying it with lighter fluid so it was >6 ft tall)- and we were not able to find a ranger or camp host to report it to.
