Ledgefork offers a beautiful and well-maintained camping experience with friendly and helpful hosts, ample nature, and good access to outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and kayaking. Many campers appreciate the privacy and space of the sites, as well as the cleanliness of the facilities. However, some concerns have been raised regarding the lack of water, accessibility for trailers, and the increasing presence of loud motorized vehicles, which can detract from the peaceful camping atmosphere.

The campsite was muddy from spring run off. We've been to Ledgefork before in June and had the same experience. It was still a wonderful spot to camp, but I'm glad someone brought up a big box that we could put by our campsite so we didn't bring mud into our trailer.

Nice cool and clean campground. We had a very pleasurable experience there. The Camp Hosts were attentive and kept everything running smoothly. I look forward to camping there again.

Stayed in loop B. Pleasant interaction with substitute CG host. No water available as advertised which is a concern with campfires. Pit toilet was very clean and actually had a ‘mostly’ pleasant smell. Only real downside was all the of the CG dumpsters overflowing with trash. It was a holiday so that may have caused a delay in pick up. But it kind of defeats bear safety measures.

This place used to be a favorite but after our last experience it may no longer be. The camp hosts were not pleasant and while we’ve been coming here for 15 years the “newer rules” we’re a bit of a surprise to us, they were not accommodating when trying to adjust to them. Basically it felt like a micromanaged HOA.
