Lost Creek Campground offers a beautiful and serene environment, with clean facilities and friendly camp hosts. Many visitors enjoyed the scenic views, abundant wildlife, and great fishing opportunities nearby. However, some encountered issues with campsite closures due to flooding, maintenance concerns, and the lack of shade in certain areas, which impacted their overall experience.

Great spot! You can walk your paddle board or kayak to the lake from the campground and the campground itself is beautiful, with wildflowers and a creek running through.

I paid for the Yurt and from the website it seemed that it had a lake view. It did not unless you walked over the hill. My friend got the tent spot next to us and they had a perfect lake view. I don't understand why the Yurt (which cost more than a night in a hotel) didn't even get put up in a spot with a view. The other discrepancy between the two spots was that the yurt campsite picnic table's bench was put in the ground crooked and we couldn't even sit on half the bench and the whole campsite was on a slant. Our chairs were very tipsy. But my friend right next door in the tent camping spot had a flat fire pit/picnic table area and her benches were in the ground evenly. I paid way more and my spot was far inferior to hers. I will not pay that much again - not worth it.

If you're looking for an amazing camping spot in the High Uintas, we highly recommend Lost Creek Campground, Site #5!
This was one of the most beautiful campsites we've ever stayed at. Behind our site was a gorgeous meadow filled with colorful wildflowers, and Lost Creek Lake was just a short 100-yard walk in front of us. It was peaceful, scenic, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.
The fishing was incredible—we were catching fish on almost every cast! Between the beautiful scenery, great fishing, and quiet surroundings, it made for an unforgettable trip.
We would definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back!

We love this campground! It’s beautiful, plenty of shade, little streams gurgling, gorgeous wildflowers, a beautiful little lake that was perfect for fishing and kayaking and the kindest camp host ever! Thanks again for being our hero and helping us out with the kayaks, Jamie!

We had a great time at this campground. It was beautiful and quiet and the toilets were as clean as pit toilets can be. This was my favorite campground I have stayed at.
