The campground was awesome! This was our first time going to this area, we will definitely be back! Great location for going to the reservoir. My kids/family absolutely loved the fairy garden!! It has so much charm and puts a smile on everyone’s face. Del & Deb take such pride in that campground. You can tell they love it there. And in turn we loved being guests there. They even held a paint night for the kids too, so fun!
We plan to keep coming back purely for the location and the joy that the fairy garden brought to my kids!

Loved this campground. Sites are assessable with trailers and maintain good privacy. Camp Host must be doing her job because there was no noise and disturbances. Road up to the camp needs grading. We were warned of the lack of water before our date. Nothing anyone can do about that. The hiking trail at Ledgefork is in great shape. The water level in Smith and Morehouse was very good, compared to Echo and Rockport. Other than the road condition, this was our best stay at Smith and Morehouse.

Our motorhome broke down on the way. I returned home and used the email which I had received to attempt cancellation. It would not work, so I called customer service and they were unable to help me with cancelling the reservation. They provided a number which was supposed to be to the facility I was staying. The number was only available during normal business hours. So, nothing could be done on Sunday to inform the facility we would not be able to make our reservation and let someone else use the campsite. With it being the first day of our reservation before check in time, there should have been a partial refund. We have used this program a lot over the years and when everything goes perfect from our end, it is acceptable. When there is any type of problem, it is almost worthless. Also, we received a notice shortly before out reservation there would be no water available. I have stayed at other campgrounds that reduce the price when there is no water available. This vendor just keeps the full price with no consideration for providing an inferior product. Very disappointed!
