The overall experience was fine. There's a bit of a walk down hill from the parking spot to the firepit and picnic table. There was no place to put our tent so we put it up in the parking spot.

We loved Trial lake. The campground was ready to go when we got there and the lake was full!
The CG hosts were friendly and ready to help us get settled in.
The weather was spectacular and we enjoyed our stay. We were told about a cool hike right below the dam. I guess there is a waterfall there. Next time!

No water available. Has been this way for over 5 years. Insects were terrible. Camp host was not very attentive to duties. Area , fishing, other campers were cordial and friendly.
