Hitch-N-Post RV Park

Location was nice but overall not a good experience. We arrive late after the office closed. There was no map on the office door and our site was not labeled. Thankfully a kind neighbor confirmed I was in the correct site. We also had a tent and was told the site could accommodate one, but it was rocky gravel and an extremely small site. Also no water available in rv site. Bathrooms were run down but clean.

If you want a budget friendly , clean, safe spot to park your RV while you spend the day in Zion, this the place. We are state park people but they were all booked. So this campground met our budget needs. They have 1 free washer and dryer, but if it is in use there is a full size laundry mat rt next door. 3 eateries steps away along with grocery stored. The manager is extremely friendly and accommodating.

The Hitch-N-Post RV Park in Kanab, UT is a nice, in town campground. The grounds and bathhouse are well kept, clean, and tidy. The manager, Keisha, and her assistant, Carlos, while highly accommodating and accessible, both have a friendly and pleasant demeanor.

Being in town, (where a little street noise is the only drawback), does make the cg’s proximity to grocery stores and such highly convenient.

The cost for the spot and its utilities, all included, even wifi, was on the lower end in the Kanab area.

I would recommend this campground to anyone, whether just passing through or staying more long term.

We had to stop for a couple of nights due to our truck needing repairs almost 100 miles away. Keesha was so nice and supportive during all of this. The campground and site was very clean and well maintained. Staff especially Keesha were all very courteous. Within walking distance is a very nice grocery, a laundromat, and restaurants. If we pass this way agin on the way home, will stay again 😊

Nice, cozy little RV park. I slept well in my Tesla Model 3 while charging from the NEMA 14-50 outlet at 32A and 235V, receiving about 8 kW and approximately 25 miles of range per hour.

The showers and restrooms were clean, and I had a very good stay. Thank you.
