Parking for even the vehicle towing is difficult to find space. The Bowery Campsite has not planned additional parking space and cars are sent some distance to park across the main road. This is something to plan for.

The campground has incredible views, and the camp hosts we the kindest I’ve ever encountered. However, the layout and design of the campground left much to be desired. Hairpin turns, small sites, sharp angles, sloped sites, and potholes in the road which was hard on vehicle alignments and trailer cabinets. Probably will not camp here again until they give it a drastic makeover.

Beautiful place, perfect weather! The camp spot I reserved was impossible to get my trailer into. It was very short and had a berm I had to go over that would have hit my clean out valve. Luckily, I found a better spot and the camp host was very accommodating.

The campground and our campsite were great. Most sites have views of the lake and set back in the aspens. Dave and Carol did an excellent job of making us feel welcome and keeping the campground clean. Will definitely be back.
