Could not stay at my campsite #3. August rains flooded the corrals which are at a low point. The campground host was really nice. I ended up staying with friends in the group site. The bathrooms are really clean and water is convenient. I just happened to pick a crazy storm weekend to try and come up. The rides from the camp were beautiful, however. Just had to plan morning rides as by afternoon it was a downpour.

Beautiful place to ride. It’s hard not to encounter rocky areas, so horses need shoes or boots. We parked in the area just below the camp because the camp spots are short and some of the turn are sharp. Our LQ is 34 on the floor, too long for for the camp sites.
