Campsite 10 was great. The 2 streams and the breeze combined with good shade made it very comfortable throughout the day. The streams also helped cover any noise from other campsites and the road, so we barely heard anything.
The hiking trails were nice and the dams were fun. We rented a kayak and used that at the first dam and we successfully caught several fish at the second dam (recommend using opposite side of the reservoir).

Overall, we liked the campground. However, tent camping, which was the majority of our group was challenging, as the tent sites are on a rather steep slope. The web site says the site can hold 90 people, but only 20 cars. The parking lot barely fit 20 cars! We had a short altercation with the camp host over number of cars. We worked it out. We liked the tables and the shade. The location was great for us.

Nice little campground with bathrooms and water, close to town and close enough to all the fun the canyon & Bear Lake have to offer. The sites were quaint but perfectly. We loved that there were so many trails and fun things to explore right in the campground area. We also visited the hobbit caves and fished the dam and the river. The hosts are awesome, the scenery is beautiful and the bathrooms are clean. 10/10 will return.
