Site had an excellent view and loved the recessed layout for privacy. Really quiet and love staying here. Wouldn't change a thing.

Beautiful spot amongst the rocks. Close and convenient to the Devils Garden hikes. Amazing stars on our Halloween stay. Spots are a bit close together, so could have noisy neighbors. Occasional Verizon service, mostly not from site 8 at least. Nice bathrooms.

Beautiful campground. Facilities were clean and warm (which was nice with the sub-freezing temperatures we stayed during). Camp host personally came by to apologize for a visitor who had turned on their generator during the night which had woken us up and was much appreciated. Walking distance to two great hikes in the park as well. Be ready for a 30 min drive to exit the park from the campsite

Would have been 5 of 5, but we gave it 4 stars only because we were tent camping and any flat surface for a small tent, or any tent is limited. The cul-de-sac seems to be the best spot for camping as it seems quieter and a bit more private unless light pollution, because you’re not immediately across the road from another campsite. It’s a beautiful beautiful location and well worth it if you can get in. We were able to get a very last minute reservation (w/in a wk from arrival; utilized cancellation notifications). Camping in October had beautiful days and chilly nights (if you’re not used to it - low 40s). Campsite has fire pit with attached grill, but you might wanna bring something to put on it if grilling, (we just hauled in our own folded piece of foil).
Picnic table is also on site. The campsite, bordering one side, has trees and provides a bit more privacy, and the opposite and campsite seemed a bit further away, which allowed for more privacy as well. Again, not horrible, but not the best flat area; for a small tent and camping chairs around the fire pit.

Devils garden was the best camping experience of my life. Slept in sleeping bags under the stars, meteor shower under dark sky was beyond words. Sunrise over the arches desert was stunning. Highly recommend. We purchased firewood at the visitor center via QR code, picked up at the campground host station, lovely evening before hitting the sack.
