Wonderful small campground. Quiet all night.
We felt VERY lucky to get to spend stayed 3 nights because this place books up. I set an alert on recreation.gov and folks cancelled last minute so we had to move each night but not a big deal. Some sites have amazing views over the park (#18, 20) but regardless of which site you get they’re all super nice and fairly level. Some are pull thru.
We were in sites 1, 34 and 51. Site 1 turned out to be very private in spite of being at the entrance and we were able to climb up some rocks and watch sunset.
Clean bathrooms, sinks for dishes, trash receptacles. Would definitely return. Just finished 6 National Parks and this was my favorite campground.

Devils Garden Campground is a good option for campers looking to stay within Arches National Park. The campground is located about 30 minutes from the visitor center, but it is well worth the drive.
The campground is situated among towering sandstone fins and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The sites are well-maintained and have picnic tables, fire rings, and access to flush toilets and running water.
The campground has a ranger amphitheater that hosts ranger talks and programs in the summer. These talks are a great way to learn about the park's geology and history.
Devils Garden Campground also has a few trails that start near the campground and are worth doing. I recommend the Landscape Arch Trail and the Pine Tree Arch Trail. Both of these trails are relatively short and easy, but they offer stunning views of some of Arches National Park's most iconic formations.
I also recommend that campers bring a canopy or sunshade to protect themselves from the sun. The campground has very little shade, so it is important to have a place to cool off and escape the sun's rays. Finally, be sure to bring plenty of water, especially if you are planning on hiking any of the trails near the campground.
My only complaint about the campground is that the camp host was not very visible during our stay. I tried to find the camp host on two occasions to request firewood, but I was unable to locate them. On our last day, I finally found the camp host, but they were taking a shower and I had to wait about 30 minutes for them to come out.
Overall, we had a great time camping at Devils Garden Campground. I would recommend this campground to anyone looking to experience the beauty of Arches National Park. However, I would also recommend that campers be prepared to be self-sufficient, as the camp host may not be readily available.

This is a good campground that provides easy access to the park and trails, as well as fabulous star gazing.

It would be better if it had showers, I really don’t get why it’s so hard to provide a basic amenity such as this. Also, it’s an early check out (10am) which seems unreasonable given there’s no cleaning required of a dirt campsite!

It’s also EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to even get a spot at this campground. Which makes it even more annoying when you see campsites “booked” that remain empty. This includes the handicap site. Absolutely fabulous that it’s available for those who need it, but if it’s not booked by the day before then perhaps release it for use by anyone. Otherwise it’s a wasted site when lots of people would love to stay here!

We stayed in site 21 and in my opinion, it was the most beautiful site of all! It was on top of the hill so we had some Verizon cell service, but it was more windy & sun exposed than other sites, so wouldn’t recommend it for tent campers. The bathrooms were so clean, and there were several arches to see within walking distance. Probably my favorite national park campground yet!

I was at the Devils Garden Campground, Site 04 for 3 nights. This campsite was in front of a restroom. It was very quiet at night and no bugs around.
It was just 10 minutes walking from this campsite to the Devil's Garden Trailhead.
I spent 2-day hiking/taking photos at all the arches such as the Tunnel Arch, White Fin Arch, Crystal Arch, Black Cave Arch, Private Arch, Oval Canyon Natural Bridge, Double O Arch, Dark Angel, Black Arch Overlook, Navajo Arch, Partition Arch, Landscape Arch.
I'd love to book this campsite again at least for 1 week then enjoy life in one of the best National Park in our country.

Sites are a little tight but great to be able to stay in the Park and hike at sunrise and sunset. The ranger program on the stars and night sky was AWESOME, funny and informative.
