What Guests Are Saying
Devils Garden Campground offers a stunning setting with beautiful views, clean facilities, and friendly staff, making it a highlight for many visitors. The campground is well-maintained, providing easy access to nearby trails and great opportunities for stargazing. However, some campers noted the extreme heat in summer and the lack of shade, which can be challenging, especially during peak temperatures.

This campsite had great sites for RVs. Pretty level lots and clean bathrooms within walking distance of beautiful hikes.

Wow, what a great campsite! Two of us tent camped and had a fantastic experience. The restrooms were extremely clean with running water and flushing toilets. The drinking water available was actually tasty. The campsite itself was very practical, with plenty of space, a fire pit, a picnic table. Stunning views all around! Our campsite hosts were wonderful and gave us great recommendations for hiking and sightseeing in the park. Arches is an amazing park to camp in because you get the luxury of experiencing the park at sunrise and sunset without having to drive early/late and fight the crowds entering the park. We enjoyed sunrise at the Delicate Arch and loved stargazing from our tent after sunset. The Devil's Garden hike was epic, and very easily accessible from the campsite. The only cons are the heat (we went in late June), and the distance of the campsite from the park entry. If you want to escape the heat and go to Moab for the afternoon, it'll be about a 45 minute drive. Nonetheless, worth it!!! We camped 2 nights and felt this was the perfect amount of time to experience and enjoy the park.

This was one of the cleanest campgrounds that I have ever been to. In the two days we were there we saw multiple people cleaning bathrooms several times throughout the day not all campsites are equal, but every single one of them has the most amazing views! We loved with our kids and right next to the amphitheater isn’t an amazing place to climb up the rocks and watch the sunset.

Great campground inside the park. It allowed us to enjoy the views for days without going back to town. It’s hot in June, but there are many shaded sites. Drinking water and clean restrooms were a plus. Seeing a mule deer in camp was also fun

Great camp host! Well run campground and good size sites. Only item for future campers to note: shade is VERY limited - choose your campsite wisely if you are planning a summer trip.

The site was very primitive which was expected, however there is no level of shade available. We went in June and decided we could not stay the night at this location due to having no shade and unable to find relief from the sun. I do not recommend summer tent camping at this location. The picnic area down the road, inside the park, was awesome though. It offered shade and tables and we had a great lunch break there while visiting the park.

We stayed at campsite 6 one night and 9 the next. Both were close to the bathrooms, washing sink and garbage. Both were great campsites with ample space. We had 2 tents that fit with room for more. Our camp hosts were amazing, made sure we had everything we needed, and suggested the Devil’s Garden Double O hike and the side trails that led to the Partition Arch and the Navajo Arch. Both were cool, but we especially loved the Navajo Arch. We only had one hiking day but drove to see the other arches and rock formations. We went to view the Delicate Arch (it was too late in the day to start a hike to that due to the heat) and we didn’t realize that to get to the upper view it’s an uphill hike. Worth it, but just be aware.
