Beautiful surroundings!

Great campground at Arches although insanely hot in July—not the fault of the park. Site 45 has a tiny bit of shade but not much at all in high summer. Good level ground for tent and level parking. Close to restroom. Close to Tapestry Arch and Broken Arch/Sand Arch trailhead. Light in men’s restroom did not work at night.

The spots are fairly close together and sound travels easily. My biggest complaint is about the people who showed up late and made much noise repeatedly opening and closing vehicle doors. Please remember to be courteous to other campers and try to keep your noise level to a minimum after dark. Great trail head at the bathroom for Broken Arch, recommend early morning hike.

It was a beautiful location. We stayed behind one of the large rocks and it offered even more solitude. We also saw the brightness of the moon and the aurora at night too.

Site 54 was very pleasant.

Camp host is very funny to talk with. Camp itself very pretty and has trail access. We had only 1 night but not much shade (I mean it’s the dessert). There are lots of juniper trees but they are generally short so if you are spending multiple days in area during summer would recommend bringing your own shade and or ways to stay cool during heat of the day. Ground is sandy so staking a tent is easy. Storm came through and blew sand under the rain fly Into tent and so if tent camping good idea to have a hand broom to brush off the sand. If you are a skywalker would recommend you camp elsewhere. Everyone else, it’s a beautiful spot and worth the sand.

There are evening ranger talks at the amphitheater which are a nice bonus to camping in national parks.

Cannot go wrong with a campground inside Arches National Park. Close to the main attractions, this particular site was in a pretty enough area to be an attraction on its own - lots of areas to explore immediately surrounding the site which also backs onto some nice rock formations.

Perfect position, an ideal choice if you don’t need a full hookup and you want to hike in early morning.

Area is beautiful , so popular. A nice couple shared their area with us as we arrived a bit later in the evening

We needed to cancel our reservation due to the fires and recreation.gov told us the camp ground had to do it and the camp ground told us that recreation.gov had to do it. And no one called us back to work it out. Expect non-refundable reservations.
