Many guests appreciate the spacious campsites and proximity to Moab, as well as the nearby waterfall and fishing opportunities. Apt location in Moab for star gazing- away from the city lights. Arches/Canyonland are not that far. Camp sites are well maintained. Would recommend hard core campers to use this as the best alternative to camp in the national parks.

VERY windy. There isn't potable water onsite so come prepared. There is also minimal shade. It is a reliable place to pitch a tent though and easy to get to Arches.

Bathrooms were very gross and our campsite was right on an ant hill. Would not go back.

Our campsite was awesome. Even though it was near bathrooms (site 38a), we felt that we had a lot of solitude. The babbling brook nearby made for serene white noise at night. The drive to Arches was about 25-30 minutes, so keep that in mind for planning purposes. On our second morning, we arrived to Arches at 7:50am and they were already turning away new visitors, so a tip for Arches: monitor their Twitter account and plan accordingly. Highly recommend staying here!
