Ken's Lake Campground offers a beautiful setting with scenic views, spacious sites, and proximity to hiking trails and a nearby waterfall, making it a great spot for outdoor activities. While some campers noted issues with shade and cleanliness in the bathrooms, many appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and enjoyed their stay overall. Good spot away from Moab. Definitely stay in the upper loop if possible - itβs smaller but offers a stream close by to wash up in and get water if necessary. I cannot speak to the lower loop, but it didnβt seem the stream went that way. No showers. 4-stars because there are other really cool camp sites on the Colorado River coming into Moab on the scenic drive that would have been an epic stay, but these were very well kept nonetheless.

Bring blow up rafts, a portable speaker and rc boats to play with in the lake! A great way to spend an afternoon cooling off.

Apt location in Moab for star gazing- away from the city lights. Arches/Canyonland are not that far. Camp sites are well maintained. Would recommend hard core campers to use this as the best alternative to camp in the national parks.

This spot was awesome. It was the perfect distance away from the "hustle and bustle" of Moab with all the necessary amenities. We were able to enjoy both the lake and the nearby waterfall. The only downside was the wind and difficulty getting our stakes for the tent and easy up in the ground. Luckily there were enough rocks around to keep us from flying away. Our tent was definitely put through the ringer, though! Would highly recommend this camping spot. It was quiet and lovely.

Bathrooms were very gross and our campsite was right on an ant hill. Would not go back.
