Great campground close to Moab. Excellent place to stay if you want to visit the Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.

Had a wonderful week at Ken's Lake. Weather was nice with warm days and cool nights. Wind was the only draw back. Had a couple of real windy afternoons. Fishing was great. Boys got to ride the pit bike and the side by side on a couple of nice trails. There is an open area about 1 mi south on the La Sal Road where shooting is allowed. Moab is close with a couple of grocery stores. Prices are abut the same as anywhere else. Gas is a little higher. All in all it was a great week.

Ken's is a basic forestry type campground with pit toilets. The toilets were clean and the sites were level and spacious. There are not a lot of trees, but that was not a problem. The lake was nice and the hiking trails were nice too

I've been coming to this campground for 20 years. This year was the worst experience ever. The camp host did nothing about the very noisy cheap construction site generator running all day, every day for almost the entire two weeks of my stay. This piece of junk ran well outside the permitted window of operation. This group also had to yell over the noise and also tore up the camp roads on a noisy dirt bike. Some people are just ignorant and need to be educated. I feel camp etiquette should have been conveyed by the HOST.
