This would be OK in a campervan but I was in a tent. Just a gravel pad in an open field a long way from the lake. With NO DRINKING WATER available

We’ve stayed here many times over the past 5 years. The only thing we don’t care for is the new system with QR codes to find a unreserved spot. Having to go to each numbered post was strange, wish we could see all the sites that were available on one page, not site by site

This campground is very convenient to Moab, Arches and other things to do in the area. We swam both mornings in the lake, which was wonderful, because the air temp was pretty hot even in the morning.. The water was crisp and clear.

Very nice campground and close to the lake. Toilets were clean. No drinking water on the campsite. Notice board refers to another park in town for running water. This was very inconvenient when we first arrived.

Unless you have an RV/Van you probably want to stay away. No cover, so any flashlights or headlights go right into your tent during the night. No time limits at the lake and people were loudly partying until almost 3 am. The entire site was covered in thistles and cactus, making it difficult to find a spot for the tent or even walk around. The ground is gravel so make sure you bring a sleeping pad. Overall one of the worst spots I have ever camped at, and I camp a lot.
