We were fortunate enough to get the best spot in the campground for 3 nights (#35).
We will be back next year and hope we can reserve that spot!

It was far too windy but understanding that you can’t control the weather this is just to say that if it is a windy day this campsite offers no protection.
The real problem is that when you reserve a spot you’re either going to get a nice plot with some foliage or a bare patch of dust and there’s no way to tell from the reservation site. You need to tier the system in some way, half of these sites are clearly great for camping and half are only good for a place to park an RV.

Our first visit to Ken's campground was good! We appreciated the cleanliness of the camp site and the amount of space. It is a beautiful area with majestic views. The vault toilets were fairly clean. The one at the entrance of the campground is used by people accessing areas beyond the campground, so it was not as clean.
